       Playing sports is one the healthiest thing you could do with out even knowing your actually exercising. You work your whole body out while having fun doing it. Sports are played world wide, from soccer, cricket, basketball, and football. Sports can help you against diabetes, aging, and can help with communicating with others. 
       Diabetes is a disease that affects the way our body's uses glucose (a natural sugar made in our body's that is our main source of fuel) it can be present in your body if you are above average obese or it could run through a family history. Symptoms from this disease can include high blood sugar levels, blurry vision, fatigue, hunger, and non-healthy weight loss. Staying active is always a better choice than to sit down and watch T.V all day, especially when diabetes is a factor. It helps prevent clouts that may occur when too much fatty foods are being digested.
         Being active by playing sports can also lead to more healthy
